Off-Road Route Planner for Motorcycles and 4x4
OffTrail can build routes for adventure motorcycles and 4x4s directly in the app — point-to-point off-road routing to a place you choose, and circular routes up to 200 km that bring you back to the start. Build a route instead of importing one
Most GPX navigation starts with a file someone else made. OffTrail also covers the opposite case — you know where you want to go but have no track. Tap a point on the map or type GPS coordinates, and OffTrail generates a route to it that favours unpaved trails and tracks. The route draws on the map like any GPX track, with the same following, off-track alerts and recording.
Off-road routing for motorcycles and 4x4
The off-road profile prefers trails, forest roads and unpaved ways suitable for adventure motorcycles and 4x4 vehicles, using paved connections where there is no sensible alternative. Riders remain responsible for local access rules, closures and land-use restrictions — a routable way in the map data is not a guarantee that it is open or legal to ride on a given day.
Road Fun and Road Fast
Not every leg of a trip is off-road. For paved sections OffTrail has two on-road profiles: Road Fun prefers curvy, enjoyable riding roads even when they take longer; Road Fast takes the direct option. These are on-road profiles — for trails, use the off-road routing above.
Circular routes up to 200 km
Round Trip mode answers the most common riding question of all: "I have an afternoon — where do I go?" Start from your current location, pick 50, 100, 150 or 200 km — or any distance of your own up to 200 km — and OffTrail generates a circular route that returns to the start. Offline usage
Generating a route needs a data connection — the route computation runs on OffTrail's servers. Everything after that is local: with the country's offline map downloaded, following the generated route, off-track alerts and ride recording all work with no coverage, exactly like an imported GPX track. Prefer your own GPX?
